Safeguarding and medical disclosures.

• Parents must provide complete medical histories, allergy details and additional needs. Failure to disclose these they lead to exclusion.
• Coaches act in loco parentis (acting in place of a parent). They must hold up-to-date Enhanced DBS checks and follow Child Protection Policies.
• Staff will hold pediatric first aid certificates.
• Staff are not usually permitted to administer medication unless prior written agreements are made with the club.
• Goostrey Coaching or staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.

Fees, Cancellations, and refunds

• Bookings are not secured until payment has been made.
• Sessions can only be booked in blocks.
• Goostrey Coaching will not refund missed sessions.
• Goostery Coaching will refund cancelled sessions.

Arrival, Collection, and Supervision.

• Children must brought to and collected from the session by a designated adult at the exact time specified.
• Children in year 5 and 6 may walk home if prior written permission has been provided by parent/ designated adult.

Behaviour

• Goostery Coaching reserve the right to suspend or espel children who persistently disrupt sessions or engage in bullying.
• Goostrey Coaching promotes positive encouragement and spectating parents should adhere to this policy.

Equipment and Nutrition

• Participants must wear appropriate safe sportswear and footwear.
• Protective gear is mandatory depending on the sport.
• Nuts and fizzy drinks are not permitted.
